Converts a HD key to an Avalanche account.

Derives the C-chain and P-chain accounts from the HD key.
Parameters
- hdKey_: HDKey
  The HD key to convert. HDKey
- options: HDKeyToAccountOptions & { xpAccountIndex?: number; xpAddressIndex?: number; xpChangeIndex?: number } = {}
  The options for the account. HDKeyToAvalancheAccountOptions
Returns AvalancheAccount
The Avalanche account AvalancheAccount.
